Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting advertising campaigns, or otherwise using Ads, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Designing Around reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Advertising Services
Ads provides a self-service platform for advertisers and publishers to manage digital advertising campaigns. All campaigns must comply with applicable laws, industry standards (e.g., IAB guidelines), and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any ad creative, landing page, or campaign at our sole discretion.
Payments & Fees
Advertisers are responsible for all fees associated with their campaigns, including but not limited to CPC, CPM, or flat-rate charges. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Refunds are issued only at our discretion and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Invoicing and billing details are available in your account dashboard.
Intellectual Property
All platform features, software, trademarks, logos, and content owned by Designing Around remain our exclusive property. Advertisers retain ownership of their ad creatives and campaign data but grant Designing Around a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit such materials solely for service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designing Around and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ads. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted at https://ads.designingaround.com/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be communicated via email to registered users.
